Welcome to Urban Saddle!  We specialize in Western Apparel, specifically Outerwear, Denim, Button Downs, Tees & Tops.

What are your hours of operation?


Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm CST.  A customer service representative can be reached at info@urbansaddle.com.  Your messages will be responded to within a 24-hour period of being received, however we strive to address all customers during the same business day.


What forms of payment do you accept?


We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal at checkout.


How long will my order take?  And how do you ship?


The duration of receiving your order consists of order processing time + shipping time.  We attempt to process all orders within a 24-48 hour period.

 
For domestic orders, you may select Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) or Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days) at checkout.  All domestic orders are shipped via UPS.


All international orders are shipped via USPS at a flat shipping rate.  International shipping duration may vary based on location.

 
Shipping confirmations and tracking numbers are provided for all orders.


What is your return policy?


If you are unhappy with your purchase, or would like to make an exchange, simply contact Customer Service at info@urbansaddle.com within 30 days of your original purchase.


Customers are responsible for one-way return shipping rates, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.  A return label will be provided via email.


All products must be returned to Urban Saddle in the way which they were received - unworn, unwashed with original tags.  We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for any items that do not meet these requirements.


Is my personal information safe?


We use a third party (Shopify) to provide credit card billing and shipping services on our site.  When you place an order with us we will share the relevant customer information (shipping address, billing address and credit card information) as necessary for the third party to provide the service.  A full copy of our Privacy Policy can be found here.
